The laboratory down the hall
Faster turnaround times for custom crowns and dentures — because the laboratory is down the hall.
In-House Dental Lab
When the technician who makes your teeth can look at them in your mouth, shade and shape stop being a guess. It also removes the shipping week from every adjustment.
- Same-day crowns and provisional restorations
- Shade matched in person, under the same light
- Adjustments while you wait rather than at the next visit
- Full-arch zirconia bridges finished on site
Two ways to bring your restoration to life.
Digital design connects our clinical team with our in-house laboratory. Milling shapes material from a solid disc or block, while 3D printing builds an object layer by layer. The restoration and chosen material guide which process we use.

Our printing workflow turns a digital design into a physical object. Each application requires a compatible printer, dental resin, and processing protocol.
- Dental models: physical versions of digital records for laboratory work.
- Surgical guides: produced when prescribed using a compatible, validated workflow.
- Appliances and restorative applications: selected according to the material and treatment plan.
After printing, the team cleans and cures the part according to its material requirements, then inspects and finishes it for its intended use.

Computer-guided milling follows the digital design to shape compatible dental materials. Our milling workflow supports denture creation and other restorations, with the machine, material, and tools selected for each case.
- Denture creation: digital design guides the fabrication of denture components before finishing and assembly where needed.
- Crowns and bridges: planned tooth contours are translated into a milled restoration using suitable materials.
- Implant restorations: the restorative design and compatible manufacturing workflow are coordinated with the clinical plan.
The laboratory refines the restoration before your dentist evaluates fit, bite, and appearance.

Digital restoration design
Before manufacturing, the team plans the restoration on screen. Tooth shape, contours, contacts, bite, and appearance are considered as the design is prepared for milling or printing.

Post-processing & hand finishing
After manufacturing, the chosen material may require cleaning, curing, or sintering. The team then refines shape, shade, texture, and polish before the dentist evaluates the restoration for delivery.
